ALMANYA Lubricants Factory (ALF) stands as a modern, high-technology establishment and a leader in the lubrication industry. Strategically situated in the Alexandria Public Free Zone, Egypt, we hold the distinction of being the first and only lubricants blending plant in this specialized area. Our facility was constructed on a turnkey basis through a US $4 million investment, involving collaboration between international specialist contractors and highly qualified local construction firms.

Our operational backbone is the computerized Automated Batch Blending (ABB) system, ensuring that all products meet the highest industry standards with absolute precision. With a design capacity of 240 tons per annum per single shift, ALF is engineered for scalability and efficiency. To further enhance our logistical edge, our base oil tank farm—boasting a 1400-ton capacity—is strategically positioned to provide seamless access to the Alexandria Sea Port, facilitating global trade and rapid distribution

We offer a diverse and specialized product portfolio designed to withstand extreme heat, soot, and acid stress while preventing corrosion and wear:

Automotive Oils: High-performance Gasoline and Diesel engine oils suited for modern emission requirements, including API CI-4/SL and CJ-4 standards.
Industrial & Hydraulic Solutions: Premium Anti-Wear (A.W.) Hydraulic oils (ISO 32-150) and Turbine oils designed for thermal stability and rust resistance.
Marine Lubricants: Superior quality Marine Cylinder Lubricants (MCL) developed for low-speed crosshead engines operating under high pressure and temperature.
Transmission & Gear Oils: Specialized Gear oils (API GL-5) and Automatic Transmission Fluids (Dex-III) that provide excellent protection for heavy-duty systems.
